I ordered the one with drainage holes but received one without. The 3D strings on the one ear was also not filed down properly. Other than that, it’s an awesome product and the service was good.

Your product is excellent only issue is the additional package ( port plant, not sure and other stuff) great surprise but there is no label or instructions attached to additional package.
